We hope you are all staying safe during these challenging times and we wanted to personally thank you for your support and understanding during the COVID 19 outbreak. It is our goal to keep our staff and customers safe while maintaining a high level of service and product fulfillment.

We ask that all orders be placed 1 hour before so that our team has enough time to fill the order.  Orders will be picked up at the south/west man door. 

For all shipping orders, FEDEX cut off is 2PM ETD, Purolator cut off is 3PM ETD, but due to all the precautions we ask that orders be placed as early as possible. Our level of dedication to our customers will remain high, we just need a little extra time to do it.

In regards to freight allowances, effective July 15, 2023,

Due to increase in freight costs, our minimum pre-paid will be $ 500 after discount and before taxes for all account in good standings.  This will include all basic installation parts and shop supplies and will be shipped with a freight company of our choice. All surcharges, or specific delivery cost, will be added to the invoice.

In regards to speaker enclosures, speakers, wire, electronics, projector screens, and premium installation parts, a 3% freight allowance (up to the total cost of shipping) will be applied directly to your invoice provided the minimum $500 is reached, as noted above.
