The M5 Audiocast music streamer connects to your amplified speakers or audio amplifier and lets you play music from your own music library or online music streaming services like Spotify or TuneIn Radio.
Use Audiocast for a single set of speakers or room, or add multiple Audiocast streamers to create multi-room, multi-zone whole house audio.
Set up the AudioCast M5 using the free iOS or Android apps and then simply use your existing Spotify or music app to play music to the device(s) so you can continue to enjoy the experience you’re used to using.
Use the app to drag and drop multiple Audiocast or other iEast streamers in to groups so they will all play the same music simultaneously. Or each iEast streamer can play it’s own music.
Listen to music from online sources including TuneIn, Spotify, vTuner, Pandora, iHeart Radio, Tidal and Napster or use it with AirPlay. It also supports local LAN music streaming.
Since Audiocast is firmware upgradeable, new features and services can be added simply by upgrading the unit at home using the app.
Audiocast is simply a better way to play music compared to using a Bluetooth connection. Bluetooth ties you to the room. If you leave, the music stops. If you get a call or an alert, it’s heard through the speakers. Instead with Audiocast, you can set up music to start playing and it streams through the player instead so you’re free to roam, take calls or play a game without interrupting the music.
Note: M5 comes with a USB power cable to connect to a standard USB type adapter.
